This alterations and additions project to an existing beachside pavillion house included a new swimming pool, new street entry, entry stairs, decking, landscaping and two new bedrooms. The site is zoned for tourism and can therefore only be leaseed as a holiday rental, so the pool has been placed in the centre of the dwelling as a focal point for social interaction.
