This proposal to redevelop 400 meters of waterfront in Sydney into a mixed use commercial and industrial precinct was the subject of a joint venture competitive tender, and brought together the combined talents of The Quinlan Group and Ganellan Construction. Ultimately designed, costed and presented in under a week, the project demonstrates our ability to deliver quality large scale infrastructure projects on very tight deadlines.
