Southport Plaza is a mixed use commercial and residential facility on the fringe of the West Leederville commercial precinct in Perth. It occupies a triangulated site that had long sat vacant since the development of the northern freeway.

The project combines double sided two storey townhouse style apartments with a series of boutique commercial suites and garden over a full site carpark. The residential product is north facing, fully cross ventilated and has dedicated entry lobbies shared by a maximum of two apartments each.
