This project for a mini food hall and separate convenience store in the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital was delivered from conception to handover in only twenty weeks. The works included an entire new plant room, upgrades to an additional plant room, and elevated floors throughout the food hall, with associated disabled access provisions. We were extremely pleased with the result, which according to the client “are a great reflection of your skill and vision, and a credit to the great team that you have had working on this significant project.”

GREEN CITIES CONFERENCE

Notable attendees and speakers included the Lord Mayor, Deputy Premier, Government Architect and the CEO of Fairfax Media. The conference seeks to drive change in cities towards a more sustainable future.
TERRACE 23.0
This recently completed terrace marks our twenty third foray into the terrace house renovation space, and our tenth collaboration with builder Cameron Smith from Parkzip. With experience comes understanding, and we think this one strikes just the right balance between old and new; maximising space and light without sacrificing quality and integrity.
A LITTLE PIECE OF HISTORY
In June this year, long term collaborator Darryl Gordon commenced refurbishment of the Terragong estate in Jamberoo, a Georgian farmhouse built in 1858 and set on 12 acres of pastureland (with documentation support from the Quinlan Group of course.) Terragong will be reopening as a bed and breakfast in 2016, so we can all enjoy the fruits of his labour. You can follow the story of this historically significant redevelopment at www.terragong.com/.
ON SITE IN BRISBANE
Our tenth collaboration with Compass Group, the world’s leading food and support services company, will go to site in Brisbane next month. This project involves the delivery of a mini food hall and convenience store in two separate tenancies at the award winning Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital. The Quinlan Group with JPM Design and Construct will provide full design, documentation, costing, approval, certification, construction and project management services, and will deliver the entire turnkey project in twenty weeks.
