Last week, we returned to our Milton Avenue Residence with photographer Tyrone Branigan to see how it was settling into the streetscape, and to document the project for our portfolio. The original brief for the project was to “design the best house in the street.” There has actually been a lot of construction activity in the street of the last few years, however we think it’s still holding up to the competition.
Our landmark four storey Bellevue Hill residence has been featured on the cover of Domain. This marks our fifth cover in the past ten years; an achievement we’re very proud of. You can see more information and images of this extraordinary building under residential projects on this website.
Our bespoke North Coast townhouses have been featured in the latest issue of Luxury Homes. These two storey residences have their living rooms on the upper level to take in 180 degree views of the beach and hinterland, and can function as either separate dwellings or a single ‘super’ house.
We’re excited to report that the earth movers broke ground this year on what will be a landmark residence for the practice in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Nestled in the backstreets of Bondi, this design employs the latest in renewal energy technology, including a 17KW full roof solar system connected to dual Tesla storage batteries. Our recently completed central coast beach shack has been featured in the latest issue of House and Garden. With an engaged client and playful interior design by Darryl Gordon, this pretty little project has exceeded expectations.
We’re currently working on a series of small scale townhouse and multi-unit infill developments, larger free standing residences, and concepts for urban scale projects, along with some more modest retail fitouts. With a large portion of the work slated to go to site in the middle of 2017, there should be some great images to share with everyone towards the end of the year.
