The Quinlan Group recently teamed up again with long time collaborators Compass Group to take a pass at redeveloping all of the retail and hospitality offerings at Wollongong Hospital. TEAMING UP WITH THE BIG GUNS
The Quinlan Group has recently teamed up with Toga Group and Adamus Consulting to pitch for the redevelopment of North Manly recreational fields. Our scheme proposes a new sports indoor complex and clubhouse, external courts seniors living, public parks and dedicated parking, all within the footprint of the existing tennis courts and bowling club. This would result in the complete retention of the existing golf course, a constant point of contention for the surrounding community.
SYLVANIA TOWNHOUSES PHOTOGRAPHED
Tyrone Branigan recently headed to Sylvania to photograph our recently completed waterfront townhouses. The townhouses are three stories high and possess swimming pools, boats sheds and multiple living areas, reflecting the downsizer shift away from high maintenance, free standing dwellings towards lower maintenance properties with greater amenity and quality of finish.
ROCKHAMPTON HOSPITAL CAFE COMPLETED
We have recently completed another remote site cafe refurbishment for Compass Group through our dedicated Design and Construction arm – RPM Design and Construct (www.rpmdc.com.au) – this time in Rockhampton, North Queensland. RPM is becoming more and more specialised in the delivery of remote site retail and hospitality projects.
LE DEVELOPMENT APPROVED
Our urban infill development in West Ryde was recently approved by Ryde Council. A new take on multi-unit dwellings, the development seeks to provide a far higher level of amenity and design integrity than is currently being provided by these types of developments without increasing cost.
