NEW WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT TAKES SHAPE
This proposal for executive waterfront accommodation in Sydney’s south will set a new architectural benchmark for the area, creating a series of three story dual occupancy townhouses with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, four car lock up garages, two living areas, dedicated boat storage and boat ramp, elevated entertaining terraces and plunge pools.
NEW BOAT STORAGE FACILITY PROPOSAL
This enormous two hundred metre long facility is a recent proposal for the highest standard of yacht storage. This structural glass box is complete with boutique club and entertainment facilities.
ON THE COVER
Another Quinlan Group project has found itself on the cover of a magazine – this time heading up the Home Renovation yearbook from Universal Magazines (publishers of Grand Designs.) The project featured is a boutique terrace house refurbishment in Darlinghurst, which also garnered nine pages of editorial inside the magazine – a new record for the company.
ELANORA HEIGHTS RESIDENCE
Without doubt, one of our best residential projects to date, this family home occupies a huge cliff top site overlooking the Narrabeen basin. It was originally conceived as a series of fingers which work around the existing trees and cascade down over the existing rock formations. Later, as the functional and pragmatic requirements came into play, the building has realised itself more as two arms which shield the inhabitants from the street and reach out towards the ocean beyond.
GAL RESIDENCE COMPLETED
These images are a sneak peak at yet another successful pairing between The Quinlan Group and Darryl Gordon Design (shot on the trusty old 4S.) This interior remodelling of a two storey 70’s bungalow has connected the previously disjointed levels into a series of elegant spaces which flow seamlessly together.
