This project is one of multiple apartment developments we are currently undertaking on the Mid-North and Central Coasts of NSW. In this case, we inherited an existing DA proposal and were working with the clients to reduce the overall perceived bulk and scale of the development. Whilst apartment development in these areas respond to the demographic shift away from regional centres to remote working environments, the locals are still very wedded to a more suburban scale of development.
Blue Bay Luxury Townhouses
Our latest proposal for high-end waterfront townhouses falls directly into the ocean on the Central Coast. In what is becoming a niche development for us, these two three-storey, four bedroom townhouses respond to a growing demographic of wealthy downsizers, who want the quality, location and amenity of a grand residence, but without all the maintenance. The lower level of the building has been designed as a stone podium for the lighter weight structure overhead, tying it into the natural rocky topography of the site.

We recently teamed up with GSA planning and submitted a proposal to Sutherland Council for a community centre redevelopment in Kirrawee. This Health and Lifestyle precinct incorporates retail, hospitality, wellness, consulting, pools, gymnasiums and associated commercial with integrated assisted living and aged care facilities. The proposal has met with positive preliminary response from Council and could lift the site yield from 1:1 to 2:1 and height from 15m to 26m.

After much time gathering feedback from our past, current and (hopefully) future clients, we’ve completely restructured and re-branded our business and have produced a whole new suite of marketing material for everyone to enjoy. The fundamental change we’ve made (aside from aesthetic) is the separation of the architectural business into two distinct divisions, with two unique selling propositions.

HINTERLAND CLUBHOUSE NEARING APPROVAL
Our luxury farm stay clubhouse in the Byron Hinterland is nearing approval. This will be the first project executed out of our newly established Northern Rivers office. Including a gymnasium, spa, sauna, yoga room and tennis court, the documentation is already well underway and the project should be completed before Christmas this year. We are teaming up again with builder Greg Lyon, who built our Lennox Head townhouses.
ALL FINISHED IN WELLINGTON STREET
A labour of love from the outset for all concerned, this meticulous little gem has finally reached completion. Featuring a four car subterranean garage and man room, four full suite bedrooms with ensuites and walk in robes, multiple living areas, a wrap around pool, car turntable and lift; this residence provides the utmost in quality and amenity. We are hoping to photograph properly early in the new year (these images were shot by the MD with his phone …) and will update then.
