The last quarter saw the completion of several residential projects, including the Pierce Residence in Paddington, the Stewart Warwicker Residence in Lewisham, the Fish Residence in Clovelly, the Longes Residence in Point Piper and Kirsch Fox Residence in Armadale. Of these, only the Pierce Residence has been professionally photographed, however stop by the site over the next few months to see the final images of the rest of these exceptional private residences.
MULTIPLE CINEMA LOBBIES COMPLETE
The Quinlan Group recently completed another four cinema lobbies for Amalgamted Holdings, with another two currently under construction. The Myer Central and Cairns City cinema lobbies (pictured) included upgrades to the general concourse and ticketing. Myer Central also included a new self serve food and beverage facility, whereas Cairns included a more traditional serviced facility.
SAMMUT GOES TO SITE
One of our more ambitious residential projects went to site this month. Nestled on a cliff edge overlooking Narabeen, the Sammut Residence features three distinctive wings centered around a huge outdoor living terracs and wet edge swimming pool. The open plan living areas are sheltered from the street behind a substantial stone clad wall and open out to the east, providing water views to all the public spaces and every bedroom.
