The Fitzgerald residence represents another successful union between The Quinlan Group, Darryl Gordon Design and Parkzip Construction. This ongoing relationship creates projects of a continually higher standard and a more effortless process for our clients. Due to our intimate knowledge and understanding of each party involved, we were able to adequately negotiate designing and documenting the project after construction had already commenced (under a previous Development Application.) The design itself incorporates an existing P&O style building with neo-federation extensions into a single consistent product.
